Tim Epouse Koti Immaculate Bih Founder

Tim Immaculate Bih Epse Koti is a civil engineer and one of the founding members of Women in Engineering Cameroon (WEC). She disrupted the status quo in 2010 by being the first Female Civil Engineer to start and run a construction company in the Region called Immaculate Construction (ICON) Ltd which is now a Licensed Real Estate Development company. Immaculate is passionate about overcoming infrastructure challenges and improving development in her community, with over 10 years of experience in the Building and construction sector. Through ICON for the past years, she has voluntarily worked on sensitizing girls onthe importance of STEM careers and mentoring them.
She is a 2019 TechWomen Fellow and had exchanged knowledge and culture with her host company-CAHILL CONTRACTORS in San Francisco, USA. Her community especially women and girls are benefiting from the knowledge gained during this program through mentorship. Immaculate is also a Certified John Maxwell Team Trainer, Coach and Speaker with passion in adding value to people, making them understand leadership development, team building and effective communication. She is the initiator of the iChoose Leadership Values training Program in Bamenda – a free training for youths which enables them explore and practice Leadership values.
Immaculate is a 2019 Tony Elumelu fellow and working on producing building materials from recycled plastics for the construction of affordable housing in Cameroon to meet the housing need of low – middle class.
She is a Global Good Fund alumna, a UN Women’s Empower Women Global Champion for Change 2017, a VV Grow Alumna, and a Young African Leader Initiative (YALI) alumna.
Immaculate won the 2017 Award for Africa’s Most Influential Woman in Business and Government in the Building and Construction sector offered by CEO Global in South Africa. She also won the price for Adansonia Online course organized by Bocconi University in Milan, Italy which gave her the opportunity to participate in the in-person training in the Bocconi University in Italy. Immaculate attended the Global Entrepreneurship Summit in India as a delegate in 2017. She loves to research, cook and do gardening.
