BERI FAITH Founder
holds a Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering. She is one of the founding members of Women in Engineering Cameroon (WEC). Beri is the Managing Director of Extreme Engineering Company Limited Bamenda, Cameroon; a consultant with the National Participative Development Program (PNDP) North West Cameroon; a consultant with the Ndu Council in the Donga Mantung Division of North West Region Cameroon.
She is very passionate about offering her skills and expertise in civil engineering to support developmental projects in her community, like water, road, and building infrastructures. Beri is very innovative, a good learner, a goal getter, and very good at project planning, monitoring, and evaluation. Beri loves encouraging girls to pursue engineering careers, and she is a great mentor to many Women/girls in the profession.
Beri is a facilitator of iCHOOSE leadership values program under the “Catch the Wheel of Leadership Academy” and has facilitated many sessions in 3 Cohorts of youth leaders. She’s also a trained leader under the Mike Oladipo Global Influence Emerging Leadership School (MOGI).
Beri is currently undertaking certification courses in Fundamentals of Project Management, Branding, Planning for Monitoring and Evaluation, and Girl-Centered Design through Philanthropy University. She loves to cook, read, and teach.
